Our match with the Eastbourne League match took place on Monday 11th August at Hampden Park Bowls Club, Eastbourne.The match was played on 6 rinks and proved to be an enjoyable day and very competitive.The green was a credit to the club and a pleasure to play onWe were made most welcome by the Eastbourne players. After the match we had snacks and a chance to talk to their members.On behalf of the Tunbridge Wells League I would like to thank the Hampden Bowls Club for their hospitality and friendliness.I would on behalf of our committee thank all our players who took part, without you these matches would not take place, I hope you all had a great time.In closing, well done to The Tunbridge Wells League for a very close 98-96 win.
